We are looking for an Administrative professional to join our team! Duties would include (but not be limited to) creating proposals, coordinating schedules and providing general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Work day is 8:
00am - 5:
00pm.
This is an in-person job, not remote.
Our ideal candidate possesses the following skills:
Detail-oriented and punctual Positive and proactive demeanor Strong typing and multi-tasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Have previous office experience Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to supervisory staff and President Create and manage contracts and agreements Coordinate schedules and appointments Prepare and edit correspondence, reports Assist with special projects as needed Maintain customer relationships and follow up on emails If interested, we are looking to hire for this position as soon as possible, so only serious candidates should apply.
Previous office experience working at an elevator company or similar is preferred but not required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
