The HR Clerk's primary job is to support the Human Resources Team in completing a variety of administrative tasks.
Typical tasks include filing, scanning and emailing documents, preparing packets and forms, monitoring timecards and employee attendance,etc.
HSD or equivalent experience in a professional office environment.
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Administrative experience preferred.
Phone experience Preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Upbeat, friendly demeanor.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proven ability to work independently.
Hours:
Mon- Fri 9am-5pm Temporary assignment up until 12/31/2019 To apply please send in your resume.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
