In this role you will have responsibility for both the pediatric and adult ED, overseeing a team of 250
FTEs.
Key Requirements:
Proven Leadership:

years of demonstrated success in a leadership role within an acute care hospital setting Strategic Vision:
Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance emergency services.
Regulatory Compliance:
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and a commitment to ensuring compliance.
Team Collaboration:
Proven ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Financial Acumen:
Strong financial management skills to optimize resource allocation.
Education:
A BSN and master's degree in related healthcare field are both required for this role.
