Clinical Pharmacy Manager at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY
This position is responsible for effectively enhancing the drug therapy outcomes of the patients at the Medical Center. This is accomplished through continual assessment of the appropriateness, safety, and efficacy of individualized patient drug therapy and providing recommendations, information, and education to Medical, Nursing, and Pharmacy personnel and other health care professionals thereby improving the quality of pharmaceutical care received by patients. Requirements:
Must have advanced training, with either 3-5 years experience in progressive pharmacy practice or; Successful completion of an accredited PGY-2 residency and 0-3 years of experience in progressive pharmacy practice. Experience in oncology is preferred.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
