HR Communications Manager at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY
The Manager HR Communications serves as a leader for maintaining and advancing the Human Resources Internal Communication's Strategy. This position is responsible for developing internal communication material, of the highest standard, appropriate to audience and context, including managing the department's internal and external Intranet sites. The Manager HR Communications develops strategies and initiatives for internal employee business communication alongside the Assistant Vice President and Sr. Vice President and Chief HR Officer of HR. The Manager HR Communications works closely with HR Senior Leadership on best practices for communicating business information within and across the organization and within the HR team. The Manager HR Communications uses their technical expertise to collaborate with Montefiore IT for new technology applications for internal communications purposes and their background in marketing & communications to work with Montefiore Marketing for branding & external communication initiatives across HR departments. The Manager HR Communications oversees all HR communications by driving messaging, developing key messaging to help drive engagement and collaboration amongst HR's geographically dispersed team (including AECOM and MNR/MMV/SECC) Education/Skills:
Bachelor's Degree. Four years experience. Photoshop/ Design training preferred Knowledge of copy writing and editing, social media, digital marketing, media management, and basic HTML/ CSS coding required
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
