DIRECTOR STRATEGIC PLANNING Job
Summary:
The Director will be responsible for managing strategic and performance priorities for Montefiore Health System, working closely with internal and external executive leadership across MHS and multiple functional areas (e.g. operations, network development, facilities, IT, legal, etc.) to identify and execute on transformation initiatives that have the highest strategic importance for the organization. Initiatives may involve significant business analysis, executive-level stakeholder management, and the development of time-sensitive solutions including partnership agreements to corporate structuring. Job Requirements:
Master's Degree (MBA, MPA, or MPH preferred). Min 7 years experience, with preferably 5 in a provider organization. Strong business acumen, extensive knowledge of the regional healthcare market, and expertise in the analysis of healthcare market data. Experience in managing the work and development of direct and indirect reports. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Benefits Package:

Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
