Summary:
The Revenue Cycle Manager will be responsible for the department-side revenue cycle activities including, but not limited to:
maximizing clinical revenue through ownership of the charge capture process, charge posting, and reconciliation; maintenance of Epic work queues including prioritizing and delegating assignments for support staff; identifying and resolving billing, denial, and registration issues; providing coding/billing compliance education to providers; providing coding audit support; and creating and presenting relevant analytics. The Revenue Cycle Manager will serve as the Department's revenue cycle main point of contact and will partner with Departmental leadership, Professional Services, and providers to ensure overall operational efficiencies. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree At least three (3) year of Revenue Cycle operations; Experienced in CPT and ICD 9/10 Coding, Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills, as well as, time management and organizational skills. Self-directed with the ability to make quality, independent decisions, as well as, the ability to collaborate effectively with other leaders. Project management, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively and efficiently under competing deadlines, high volumes, and multiple interruptions. Proficiency with Epic and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Healthcare ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
