Motor Vehicle Operator
Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
o Deliver goods and equipment (such as PPE) between 5 boroughs and Long Island with some trips throughout upstate New York o Transport staff and individuals receiving services o Keep up to date vehicle inventory o Bring vehicles to service stations for service, repair and inspections, track repairs, follow up o Review transportation requests and assign vehicles to authorized drivers and, maintain, request and review transportation logs o Collect and process all necessary information regarding motor vehicle accidents for the assigned feet o Lift and carry items of various weights and sizes such between vehicles and transport locations and deliver mail between the Manhattan and Bronx Offices

Salary Range:
From $34990 to $43236 Annually
Minimum Qualification
o Must possess a valid New York State driver's license for the type of vehicle to be operated and may be required to possess a CDL Class A, B, C or General Class D license OR o At least one year of permanent service in a title eligible for 70.1 transfer pursuant to Civil Service Law OR o Currently serving in the title of Motor Vehicle OperatorEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
