Qualified candidates will have previous Health Care organization, Director level payroll experience, excellent knowledge and understanding of employee benefits, wage parity, experience and use with Payroll Systems including ADP Enterprise Version.
6, HHA Exchange, and Kronos Time and Attendance systems and has the ability to Directly oversee others within the department.

Responsibilities:
Ensuring that the Payroll team complies with the wage & hour laws, federal and state regulations and company's policies and procedures.
The Payroll Director will provide strategic direction and expertise to the payroll function along with creating short-term and long-term strategies for continuous improvement in payroll operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related area and a minimum of 5
years in a supervisory position in the payroll department.
Experience within a healthcare organization, preferred.
Proficient in ADP Enterprise Version 6, HHA Exchange and in Kronos Time and Attendance systems.
Must have knowledge in Microsoft Office applications; particularly Microsoft Excel.
Proficient knowledge in all aspects of laws, rules, and guidelines with regard to payroll principles and practices.
Must be able to supervise staff, work well with upper level management and peers from other departments.
Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Must be fully vaccinated Ability to work on-site, in-office, Monday - Friday.
