Registered Nurse 2 (Community)

Primary duties and responsibilities are but not limited to:
o Monitor individuals' care o Consult with community hospitals and clinics regarding individuals' needs o Conduct monthly nursing meetings to discuss consumer concerns, problems, etc. o Maintain communication with individuals' family members or correspondents o Advise nurses/staff on medical and nursing problems as needed o Assist physicians and staff o On-call for individuals' medical and nursing needs o Coordinate annual in-service of staff on individuals' medical and nursing needs o Schedule and coordinate nursing staff to conduct medication recertification classes o Schedule follow-up clinics for individuals o Participate in various committees such as Human Rights, Placement and Incident Review, as needed o Serve as liaison to hospitals, nursing homes, psychiatric centers and rehabilitation centers o Provide input on updating nursing policies and procedures, as needed o Periodic travel to Manhattan sites required o Provide Training to Direct Care staff and nursing team LinkedIn:

Salary Range:
From $115055 to $124166 Annually
Minimum Qualification
Open Competitive:
Possession of a license and current registration as a registered professional nurse in New York State; and two years of post-licensure clinical nursing experience. One year of this experience must have been providing direct services to individuals diagnosed with mental illness, developmental disabilities, addiction, or substance use disorders in a community setting. Substitution:
A bachelor's degree in nursing may substitute for one year of general post-licensure clinical nursing experience; and a master's degree in nursing may substitute for two years of general post-licensure clinical nursing experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
