Responsibilities:
Employing the nursing process to cater to varying patient needs Collaborating and communicating effectively within the interdisciplinary health care team Ensuring patient rights and nursing ethics are integrated into work practice Upholding infection control standards to protect both patients and staff Demonstrating leadership skills and professional accountability Participating in Performance Improvement initiatives Assuming Charge Nurse responsibilities when required Required
Qualifications:
