ARE YOU THE EMPLOYMENT EVALUATION SPECIALIST OUR TEAM NEEDS? Bachelor's degree in vocational rehabilitation, vocational education, psychology, or education or the equivalent in a related field High knowledge of vocational systems, valid testing procedures, and the labor market and world of work Ability to be patient and sensitive to individuals with disabilities Bilingual (English and Spanish) candidates are preferred.
Previous relevant experience in vocational assessment is a big plus!WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?As an Employment Evaluation Specialist at our human services nonprofit, you are responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations of individuals seeking employment assistance.
This involves meeting with clients, assessing their skills, interests, and abilities, and analyzing their needs and barriers to employment.
You utilize various assessment tools and techniques to gather relevant information and make informed recommendations.
Collaborating closely with other team members, you develop and implement individualized employment plans for clients.
