Responsibilities:
Effectively uses company email, phone, and other office equipment.
HHA Exchange experience preferred Properly delivers messages to the appropriate person within the company via email, phone or messaging.
Familiarize with company policies.
Organizes paperwork and files it in the proper location.
Verifies information to ensure that it is accurate and complete.
Efficiently use software for organization.
Quickly access information about a person, their family, or a place.
Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
Attend scheduled meetings and write minutes of meeting; Follow up with individuals to ensure that they are aware of required actions.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
