In this role, you will ensure all cleaning functions are in accordance with company standards.
You will help ensure that the appearance and the physical condition of the property satisfies ownership and management objectives.
Please note that this position will offer a pay rate of $17.
77 per hour.
Additionally, this is a Union position and will be eligible for benefits provided by the Union.
nResponsibilitiesPrepare all trash and recycling, including but not limited to bulk items for removal by city sanitation.
All preparation need to be completed in accordance with city rules and regulations.
Perform day-to-day tasks, including but not limited to:
cleaning windows, walls, floors, stairwells, laundry rooms, elevators, and carpets; emptying trash cans; cleaning sidewalks.
Perform other cleaning functions as assigned by Supervisor.
Remove snow and ice from walkways, parking lots, driveways as needed.
Clean vacant units.
RequirementsLess than 1 year of relevant work experience.
Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office Suites.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to understand spoken and written English.
Ability to lift, carry, or push items weighing up to 25 lbs.
Ability to respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner.
Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities.
Preferred QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
