Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Daily inspections of all equipment operations, adjusting or repairing where necessary.
Performs inspection of all heating equipment boiler, fire and water sides, pumps, heating units during the summer month.
Help grounds keeper with snow removal and mowing of grass as needed.
Sheet rock, taping, plastering, repairing, and painting of walls.
Tile work and grouting of walls and floors, wallpapering.
Assists in snaking out sewer lines, upkeep of all plumbing, toilets, sinks, water fountains, etc.
Assist in upkeep of all electrical work and air conditioners.
Wheelchair and other medical equipment maintenance as needed.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
3 years' experience in maintenance field Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
