is responsible for learning and managing the operational and merchandising areas of the Clubs. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to:
Managing all operational and merchandise areas of the Club to ensure compliance with policies and procedures including shrink, expense control, human resources, payroll, labor scheduling
Developing & administering procedures and processes to ensure compliance with operational and merchandising policies
Ensuring the club's building, equipment, furniture and fixtures are properly maintained and in working order
Managing the club's budget, including payroll, repairs and maintenance and other controllable expenses to achieve the club's planned profit
Developing Team Members and Managers for internal growth and assisting with the hiring process
Performing management functions in the absence of the General Manager
Job Requirements
High school diploma, college degree preferred
At least 3 years of retail supervisory experience
Knowledge of club operations, receiving and merchandising

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
