Guest Service Agent
We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to assist our guests with arrival and departure from hotel while providing positive guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Skill in the use of a calculator
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers
- Ability to stand and move throughout front office
Responsibilities:
- Complete the registration process
- Close guest accounts at time of check out
- Perform any other job related duties as assignedEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
